We find ourselves in challenging and very different times, I sincerely hope that this note finds you in good health.

The COVID 19 pandemic has caused us to raise our already high standards to new levels appropriate for the current circumstances.

We have put in to place a set of systems and procedures designed to meet the challenges of COVID 19.

Our lives and the way we do things may have changed but there will come a time when we will consider life to be back to normal until then, take care and stay safe.

Arrival and Departure Process

Social distancing signage, procedures and contactless processes throughout the arrival and departure process including floor markings installed 2m apart, Plexiglas partitioning at reception desk and
virtual check in and check out.

Cleaning Standards and Procedures

-     Increased cleaning of bedrooms and public areas with clinically tested anti Covid cleaning products 
-     Guest room tea and coffee station includes single use disposable tea/coffee, milk and cups
-     Appropriate PPE worn by our team
-     Where possible, departed rooms will be vacant for 24 hours prior to cleaning
-     No cleaning service for all stay over guests unless requested
-     Hand Sanitisation stations located in public areas
