can be used inclusively when you are taking advantage of our Delegate Packages. If however you are only being charged for Room Hire an additional charge will be made per item in use. Other equipment can be hired on request.
Beverages
Cordials and jugs of water are placed in your Delegate Room. Two servings of Tea and Coffee are also included in your Daily Delegate Package, any extra will be charged at a cost of £1.95 per person, per serving. Alternatively any other requests can be priced accordingly.
Finger Buffet Selector
Assorted Sandwiches, Assorted Vegetable Crudities with Garlic and Avocado Dip. Finger Size Quiche, Devilled Drumsticks with BBQ Sauce, Goujons of Plaice with Tar-tare Sauce, Cheese and Pineapple on Sticks, Bridge Rolls with Assorted Fillings. Spicy Chicken Wings of Fire with Sour Cream and Chives, Dim Sum Parcels with Sweet and Sour Dip, Cocktail Sausage Rolls, Cocktail Sausages on Sticks with Dijon Mustard, Assorted Finger Pizza, Assorted Vol-Au-Vents, Mixed Croleens, Chicken Satay. All the above selection can be chosen to suit your needs. When taking a Delegate Package please select seven items from the above. Individual price per person of seven items is charged at £12.00 each. Minimum 10 Delegates.
Hot Fork Buffet
A selection of Hot Fork Buffets are available on request. When taking a Delegate Package one menu can be selected to cater for your group. Individual price per person is charged at £15.00 each. Minimum 10 Delegates.
